TIM CARROLL
DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER, sydney
Tim Co-Founded 325 Consulting in 2011, where he leads the Interim Consulting and Professional Services practices. Upon graduating from the University of Southampton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, he spent seven successful years recruiting in London before emigrating to Australia in 2003. In Australia, Tim spent eight years with established search firms before identifying a gap in the market for a firm focused on management consulting talent. Having spent over 20 years delivering permanent and interim assignments, he is still energised by the variety and complexity of the Management Consulting sector.
DOMINIC MOORE
DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER, sydney
Dom Co-Founded 325 Consulting in 2011, where he leads the Private Equity and Commercial practices. Upon graduating from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Science in Geography, he spent several years working in his family business before joining a major listed global recruitment firm, moving with them to Sydney in 2001. After nearly 10 years working for leading search firms, he joined Tim in founding 325 Consulting, building a business based on honesty and a focus on working on interesting, career-building opportunities for our talent pool.
KATE POLLOCK
Head of Research, Sydney
Kate joined 325 Consulting in 2019, leading the Research and Talent function. With more than 15 years experience in recruitment and organisational development gained with global companies, such as Qantas, CSR, and Evolution Mining, Kate is an expert in identifying talent and advising individuals on career options. Kate holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Organisational Coaching.
